Formed in 2023, MixTape is a group of like-minded individuals, each with a deep appreciation and passion for the unforgettable hits that dominated the mixtape era. From iconic pop tunes to heart-pounding rock anthems, MixTape infuses every performance with the same raw emotion and infectious energy that made the original songs so unforgettable. Whether it’s the pulsating beats of dance-pop, the soulful ballads that tug at your heartstrings, or the rebellious rock that gets your adrenaline pumping, this band knows how to keep the audience on their feet and transport them back to an era of pure musical euphoria. The members of MixTape are more than just skilled musicians; they are performers who know how to engage and captivate their audience. From the Dynamic Duo lead vocalists, Heather Davis and Lindsay Giova, whose range and stage presence bring each song to life, to the powerhouse rhythm section, comprised of a tight-knit bassist Steve Mulholland and drummer Paco Camara, who lock in the groove with precision, to the electrifying lead guitars/keyboards of Mike Elmore and Steve Kaminer, whose riffs soar through the air, the band’s chemistry is undeniable. The members of MixTape have wide ranging experience from local to national events, as well as having performed and worked with such artists as: Billy Gibbons, Robby Kreiger, Sammy Hagar, The Allman Bros Band, Steve Miller, Winger, Down, Ratt, Warrant, Tonic, Fuel, 3 Doors Down and many more! MixTape’s undeniable talent has earned them a dedicated and growing fan base throughout South Florida.
